CHALLENGE

The powder used in light bulbs and fluorescent tubes must be of standard consistency. Otherwise bulbs created on different days will perform and appear differently due to atmospheres of different humidity.

SOLUTION

We produced systems for lighting manufacturers to dry the air around the storage and feed units. The semi portable, wheeled units work effectively, meeting the customer’s needs.

RESULT

The powder goes into the production process with the same moisture content everyday, and bulb production is standardized.
