Warehouse and production facility dehumidification
For many production processes and warehouses humidity control is of paramount importance. Without it lumber and wood products will lose dimensional stability, packaging materials get damaged, food products will grow mold, and ice will form on frozen foods. In production facilities a constant humidity level is required to control the process and the quality of the end products.
Nyle designs dehumidification systems that keep the humidity of your facility within your parameters year-round. They can be supplied to bring in outside air and pressurize an area in case the building is not tight enough. They are also used in pipe galleries to prevent corrosion from condensation on piping.
All systems are made to specifications. We have built hybrid Dehumidification Heat Pump systems for lithium battery testing that essentially eliminate the water vapor from the air. Dew point temperatures as low as -60°F (-51°C) can be achieved and our unique way of doing this saves a considerable amount of energy and reduces capital costs.
When the dew point temperature is above 36°F (3°C) then our dehumidification technology is the most reliable and economical way to deliver dry air. It is more economical and much lower in energy consumption than systems that use desiccants in the conventional manner. If the dew point temperature needs to be below 36°F (3°C), then we build a combination desiccant / refrigeration system that is both more energy efficient and more cost effective than the traditional application.
The advantages of our dehumidification systems include much improved operating control and a significant reduction of energy costs.
As with all our products, when you buy a Nyle Drying or Dehumidification system, you buy a quality product that is made in Maine, in the USA. We pride ourselves on our service and support.
