Utilizing the efficiencies of electric heat pump technology, these industrial food dehydrators have a temperature range of 80°F-160°F. Standard heat pump models vary in capacity, as the smallest is rated for 24 pounds of water per hour, whereas the largest is rated for 675 pounds of water per hour.
These industrial food dryers feature indirect gas-fired burners where higher temperatures are required. The temperature range is 80°F-220°F.
